As an e-commerce company, we only use reputable courier partners to provide our products to customers, regardless of your location
Our orders are shipped countrywide in South Africa via our courier partner/s at R70 for orders on products amounting to less than R400
All orders will be shipped within 7 business days of payments cleared into our bank account, and you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order as soon as it is shipped.
Kindly note, orders of 10 or more products may require 5-10 working days for manufacture and delivery.
In the interest of hygiene standards, no Hello-Honey products will be refunded or exchanged.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, Hello-Honey face masks are non-refundable, non-returnable, for health and safety reasons. Should there be a manufacturing defect visible upon delivery, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost (including delivery) however, should the product have been used no refunds nor returns will be allowed.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a Hello-Honey pillowcase, you can return the product in exchange for another, similar option, within 7 days of delivery.
Any product you return, must be in the same condition you received it in, and in its original packaging.
Should we find any manufacturing defaults, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost (including delivery). These orders do go through a rigorous inspection process, but as they are handmade, human errors may occur.

Hello-Honey may share your personal data also with third party service providers or agents to perform certain processing activities on behalf of Hello-Honey. How long do we retain your personal data?
After you opt out or delete your account, your personal data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe. We will only retain the personal data to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We strongly recommend that parents take an active role in supervising the online activity of their children under the age of sixteen. Hello-Honey generally does not intend to collect personal data from and/or generally does not intentionally communicate with children.
